Providing that the ratification of the Revenue Bond Act of 1935, enacted by the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii, shall apply to all amendments of said act made by said Legislature to and including the acts of the 1953 regular session of said Legislature, and to all extensions of the period for issuance and delivery of Revenue Bonds thereunder, heretofore of hereafter enacted by said Legislature.
