Ratifying and confirming Act 291 of the session laws of Hawaii, 1949, section 2 of Act 152 of the session laws of Hawaii, 1951, and section 2 of Act 171 of the session laws of Hawaii, 1951, which included Maui County Waterworks Board, Kauai County Waterworks Board, and the Board of Water supply, County of Hawaii, under the definition of "Municipality" in the issuance of revenue bonds pursuant to the Revenue Bond Act of 1935.
