Letter from the Secretary of the Treasury, transmitting certain information in response to House Resolution 503, adopted by the House of Representatives on February 16, 1923, directing the Secretary of the Treasury to inform the House of Representatives, if not incompatible with the public interest, as to importations of intoxicating liquors by representatives of foreign governments having a diplomatic status in the United States.
