Settlement of claims for damages in favor of certain steamship companies. Communication from the President of the United States, transmitting, with a letter from the Director of the Bureau of the Budget, a supplemental estimate of appropriations for the Department of Commerce for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1923, for settlement of claims for damages in favor of certain steamship companies, occasioned by collisions for which the vessels of the Lighthouse Service are responsible, payment of which is authorized under section 4 of the Act of June 17, 1910 (36 Stat. 537).
