Derrick Scow "Edna." Letter from the Secretary of the Treasury, transmitting a copy of a letter of the Acting Secretary of the Navy, in obedience to law, stating that the Navy Department has considered, ascertained, adjusted, and determined the claim of the owners of the Derrick Scow "Edna" for damages arising out of the collision with the navy-yard tug "Hercules" in the harbor at Norfolk, Va., on March 12, 1912, in the sum of $183.76.
