Papers pertaining to the amendment reported from the Committee on Commerce to the bill (H. R. 14018) making appropriations for the sundry civil expenses of the government for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1902, and for other purposes, to reimburse the City of Duluth, in the State of Minnesota, $132,590.67, for moneys expended by it in and about the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on the Harbor of Duluth in the years 1870, 1871, and 1872.
