Letter from the Acting Secretary of the Treasury, transmitting reports from Accounting officers of the Treasury Department showing what officers of the Government were delinquent in rendering their accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1918, with a list of such officers, who, upon final settlement of their accounts, were found indebted to the Government and who at the date of the report had failed to pay the same into the Treasury of the United States.
