Letter from the Secretary of the Interior, in answer to the resolution of the Senate of February 2, 1894, directing him to transmit to the Senate copies of all reports made by A. P. Swineford, a special agent of the department, relating to the reservation of lands for county seats or town sites along the line of the Chicago and Rock Island Railroad in the Cherokee Outlet previous to the opening of the same to settlement, inclosing a report from the Commissioner of the General Land Office and a report of said A. P. Swineford.
