Resolution of the Legislature of Tennessee, in favor of such an amendment to the "Act donating public lands to the several States and Territories which may provide colleges for the benefit of agriculture and the mechanic arts," approved July 2, 1862, as to enable the State of Tennessee to accept the benefit of the provisions of said act.
