The Galveston and Camargo Railway. (To accompany bill H. R. 2067.) Memorial of M. R. Jefferds, of Galveston, Texas, praying for the passage of the bill (H. R. 2067) to authorize the Secretary of War to contract with the Galveston and Camargo Railway Company for the immediate construction of its line of road to Rio Grande City opposite Camargo, Mexico, as a coast-defense, and for the purpose of establishing a commercial and military rail highway to the Rio Grande.
