Resolutions of the Legislature of Kansas, in favor of an amendment to the act entitled An act for a grant of lands to the State of Kansas, in alternate sections, to aid in the construction of certain railroads and telegraphs in said state, approved March 3, 1863, so as to make certain provisions for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Company.
