National Currency. -- State banks. Resolutions of the Legislature of the State of West Virginia, asking for the amendment of the act entitled "An act to provide a national currency secured by a pledge of United States bonds, and to provide for the circulation and redemption thereof," so as to allow state banks having branches to become national banking associations and keep offices of discount and deposit at the several places where such branches are now located.
