Resolution of the Legislature of California, in favor of a modification of the order of the President of the United States, of November, 1862, which prohibits the export of ammunition and munitions of war, so that it shall not apply to the article of blasting powder from the Port of San Francisco, to be shipped and used exclusively for mining purposes.
