Report of the Secretary of War, communicating, in compliance with a resolution of the Senate of this date, information in relation to the amount of money paid by the War Department from the 1st day of March, 1861, to the 1st day of March, 1865, to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company for the transportation of troops and munitions of war between the city of Baltimore and the City of Washington, or for any other purpose.
