Memorial of the Legislature of Wisconsin, in favor of an appropriation to meet the requirements of the act of March 3, 1864, giving a bounty of one hundred dollars to wounded soldiers discharged from the service before the expiration of two years from the time of enlistment in consequence of wounds received in battle.
