Letter of the Secretary of the Treasury, communicating, in compliance with a resolution of the Senate of the 18th instant, information in relation to commissioners of the Circuit Courts of the United States in the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Judicial Circuits, amount paid to each of said commissioners; also in relation to fees and emoluments of clerks of the said courts.
