Report of the Secretary of the Navy, in answer to a resolution of the Senate requesting information concerning the pay of the retired Naval officers whose cases were acted upon by the late Naval Courts of Inquiry and the President, and who have been advanced to a higher grade or position as to pay, though not restored to the active list, than that assigned them by the late "retiring board," together with a list of such officers, with the positions assigned them by the said board and those now held by them.
