Letter from the Secretary of the Treasury, transmitting statements of the amount of interest received or receivable in each state on the public debt; the amount of dividends paid or payable in each state, by the Bank of the United States: all in reference to the year 1823. And the amount of duties on tonnage and imports received during the year ending on the 30th September next; and still due and unpaid in each State of the United States.
