Providing funds for the Committee on International Relations with expenses incurred in connection with visits to the U.S. by foreign heads of state and other foreign officials and for similar expenses incurred for meetings with Senior U.S. government officials and other dignitaries to discuss matters relevant to U.S. relationswith other countries.
