Letter from the Secretary of the Treasury, transmitting statements, shewing the amount of money standing to the credit of the U. States, at the end of every quarter, since 1st January, 1817, in every bank in which the public moneys have been deposited; the transfer of public funds from one bank to another, with the reasons therefor; together with statements in detail, in relation to unavailable funds. Rendered, in obedience to a resolution of the House of Representatives, of 8th May, 1822.
