Cannibal apocalypse.
Ex-Green Beret Norman Hopper (Saxon) and his men were infected by a rabies-like virus in Vietnam. The virus turned them into zombie cannibals. Back home in Atlanta, they eat their way through the local populace until the police corner them in the sewers.
