Continuation of the national emergency with respect to Iran and Syria : communication from the President of the United States transmitting notification of an executive order that takes additional steps with respect to the national emergency declared in Executive Order 12957 of March 15, 1995 and the national emergency with respect to Syria, originally by Executive Order 13338 of May 11, 2004.
