Global gridded upper air statistics, 1980-1991.

Describes the atmosphere for each month of the year represented on a 2.5 degree global grid at 15 standard pressure levels. Mean and standard deviation values were compiled for sea level pressure, wind speed, air temperature, dew point, height and density. Eight-point wind roses were also compiled.
