Por Circulares de 18 enero y 28 de febrero de este año números 20 y 24 se comunicaron á esa Aduana las resoluciones tomadas acerca de guias numerario, sobre cuyo punto se me libró últimamente la órden del Ministerio universal de Hacienda que copio.
