Announces the signing of a peace treaty in Paris between King Charles IV of Spain and the Emperor of Russia (Alexander I). Spain had cut off ties with Russia in 1799 after Alexander's father, Paul I, had assumed the title of Grand Master of the Knights Hospitaller.
