En Ordenes de 6 de Agosto de 1777, 4 de Mayo, y 4 de Diciembre de 78 está prevenido por este Superior Gobierno á todos los Justicias del Reyno que no se mezclen directa ni indirectamente en asuntos de los Ramos de Alcabalas y Pulques, y que auxîlien á los Administradores en los casos necesarios, imponiéndoles la pena en el contravencion de quinientos pesos y del interés real.
