The Twelfth-day-gift, or, The grand exhibition : containing a curious collection of pieces in prose and verse (many of them in their glory) which were delivered to a numerous and polite audience, on the important subjects of religion, morality, history, philosophy, polity, prudence, and oeconomy, at the most noble the Marquis of Setstar's, by a society of young gentlemen and ladies, and registered at their request, by their old friend Mr. Newbery : with which are intermixed some occasional reflections, and a narrative, containing the characters and behaviour of several persons concerned.
