Premiums proposed to be given by the Commissioners of Annexed Estates : to which are annexed, directions for raising and preserving potatoes, intended for the use of the parishes or districts in which the said commissioners propose to give premiums : by a gentleman, a member of the board, experienced in raising that valuable root.
