A bill for continuing the duty of two pennies Scots, or one sixth of a penny sterling, on each pint of ale and beer, that shall be vended or sold, within the city of Glasgow, and villages of Garbells and Port-Glasgow : and privileges thereof, for the benefit of the said city and villages.
