The state of the case between Henry Forth, an infant son of John Forth, late alderman of London deceased, and the surviving trustees of the said Henry, and Nicholas Carey and Thomas Cook of London, Goldsmiths : concerning the capital messuage or mansion house of or at Hackney with its appurtenances, and divers other messuages and lands in Hackney aforesaid.
