The nature, design, rules and regulations of a charitable institution termed the Stranger's friend : begun in Dublin, in 1791, and afterwards established in Manchester, Liverpool, and other places, humbly recommended to the consideration of all those who earnestly wish to ameliorate the condition of the poor.
