Report from the committee appointed (upon the 4th day of March 1763) to take into consideration the several estimates and accounts presented to this House in the present, or in any former session of Parliament : which relate to the application, or expenditure of the public money, since the commencement of the late war : and to report their observations upon the said estimates and accounts, from time to time, to the House.
