The Following papers, collected, and seriously deliberated upon, by a number of linen-drapers in and near Lisburn and Belfast, are humbly presented to the Right Honourable and Honourable the Trustees of the Linen Manufacture, as materials for a linen-bill ; and humbly submitted to their consideration, preparatory to a new act of Parliament for the better order, regulation, and improvement of the said manufacture.
