A list of the names of all such proprietors of the capital stock of the governor and company of merchants of Great Britain, trading to the South Seas and other parts of America, and for encouraging the fishery : who are qualified to vote at the ensuing election for governor, sub-governor, and deputy-governor to be made on Tuesday, the 2nd February, 1841, and of directors on Thursday, 4th February, 1841 : together with part of the seventh bye-law concerning elections.
