By the King. A proclamation requiring the immediate tenants of His Majesties fee-farm rents to take care to proceed in their purchases : and to perfect their contracts within the time limited by the late Act for Sale of the Fee-farm Rents, or otherwise the same to be sold to such as will contract for the same.
