Another important trial with the West-India Dock-Company : A. Wallace & Co. versus G. Smith, Esq., treasurer to the said company, tried March 7, 1804, in the Court of King's Bench, Guildhall, before Lord Ellenborough and a special jury, relative to an order, dated October 25, 1803, prohibiting brokers & agents from following their accustomed business : including the substance of Mr. Garrow's speech.
