A reply to a pamphlet intituled A brief enquiry into the present condition of the navy of Great Britain : wherein is clearly demonstrated the force of the enemy, and what was opposed to it by the late Board of Admiralty : as well as the actual strength possessed by the King's dock-yards, and their ability to keep up and encrease the navy without the aid of merchant builders.
