A list of the names of all such proprietors of the Bank of England, who are qualified to vote at the ensuing elections : to be made of governor and deputy-governor, on Tuesday the 5th of April, and of directors on Wednesday the 6th of April, 1803 : together with an abstract of the by-laws concerning elections, for the better direction of members in giving their votes.
