Prospectus of a plan, and proposals for forming a joint stock company, to be called the Orford Harbour Company, under an act of Parliament to be solicited as early as possible in the ensuing session, for the improvement of Orford Haven or Harbour, in the river Ore, in the county of Suffolk.
