The Proceedings in Herefordshire, connected with the visit of Joseph Hume, Esq., M.P : and a detail of the speeches delivered at the public dinner, held at the hotel in the city of Hereford, on Friday, December 7, 1821, for the purpose of presenting that gentleman with a silver tankard and a hogshead of cider, (purchased by voluntary subscription of one shilling each), in approbation of his parliamentary conduct : with an appendix of documents referred to by Mr. Hume, and elucidatory of the important statements in his speech.
