A list of the names of all such proprietors of the Bank of England, who are qualified to vote at the ensuing election to be made of governor and deputy-governor : on Tuesday the 7th of April, and of directors on Wednesday the 8th of April, 1812 : together with an abstract of the bye-laws concerning elections, for the better direction of members in giving their votes.
