Van Orden v. Perry : 545 U.S. ____ (2005) /

After passing a monument of the Ten Commandments on the grounds of the Texas State Capitol in Austin and believing it's presence to be a violation of the First Amendment, Thomas Van Orden sued the State of Texas to have it removed.
