A list of the names of all such proprietors of the capital stock of the governor and company of merchants of Great-Britain, trading to the South Seas and other parts of America, and for encouraging the fishery : who are qualified to vote at the ensuing election for governor, sub-governor, and deputy-governor, to be made on Tuesday the twenty-ninth of January, 1805, and of directors on Thursday the thirty-first of the same month : together with part of the seventh by-law concerning elections.
