Rules and orders for regulating the practice of the Supreme Court of the state of Pennsylvania, and expediting the determination of suits within the same : Made and established by the chief justice and his associates the justices of the said court, of January term, in the twelfth year of the sovereignty and independence of the said state, and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty-eight, in pursuance of an act of assembly, intitled, "An act for the more speedy and effectual administration of justice," passed the twenty-fifth day of September, MDCCLXXXVI.
