At a General Assembly of the governor and Company of the state of Connecticut, holden at Hartford on the second Thursday of May, 1780. : An act for ascertaining the quantity of grain, flour, meal, salt, rum, salted pork and beef, in this state, and thereof to make provision for an immediate supply for the use of the army and troops of this state.
