At a General Assembly of the governor and company of the state of Connecticut in America, holden at Hartford in said state, on the second Thursday of October, A.D. 1779 : An act to enable the commissary general, on a sudden and very pressing emergency, to procure a certain quantity of flour or grain from this state for the subsistence of the troops of this and the United States.
