Calculation shewing that within a certain period of time, a bridge, supposed to cost two hundred thousand dollars, may be erected and compleated without a loan and the consequent increase of expence in the article of interest--also, what proportion of the above sum the city and suburbs will pay towards the erection of said bridge.
