George Williams, Jun. arrived from the West-Indies, via Portsmouth, has favoured us with the St. Lucia gazette of the 18th of January, from which we have taken the following speech. : The speech of the King of Great-Britain, to both Houses of Parliament, on Thursday the 5th of December, 1782.
