A Brief state of the case of Ryer Shermerhorn, John Glen, Peter Van Benthuysen, and others, freeholders and inhabitants of the township of Schenectady, in the county of Albany : humbly submitted to the consideration of the honourable the representatives of the colony of New-York, convened in General Assembly, in support of the petition praying leave to bring in a bill for the division of the common lands belonging to the said township.
