Amendment of the national emergency with respect to Zimbabwe : message from the President of the United States transmitting notification that the national emergency blocking the property of persons undermining democratic processes or institutions in Zimbabwe on March 6, 2003, by Executive Order 13288, is amended to extend the authority for blocking property and interests in property.
